July 2021 Newsletter

As is consequential of a world as complex and diverse as the one we live in, feeling but a simple facet of a complicated conglomeration of ostensive limitlessness is far from outlandish. For what is our relevance, our impact, our value? In the world of telescopes, are we not but microscopic? Some days, so it may seem. Nevertheless, in a world of telescopes, to what extent would the world be understood in its wide variety of scale? Indeed, our relevance, impact, and value need not be seen through the scope of ponderosity; rather, we are simply using a different view. As a people, we need not live grandiose and boundless when we are instead creatures of community and directness. As such, our greatest influence is seen not on the scale of immeasurability but alternatively on that of calculability. We need not look beyond our daily lives to find proof of our merit. Truly, the overlooked is often undervalued. Doubt not your value in the world of telescopes; simply so, remind yourself of the necessity of microscopes.

In July, we have:

  • Supported homeless shelters, such as Hesed House and Lazarus House, with dinner provisions and other food donations

  • Donated goods from Panera Breads to homeless shelters and seniors homes weekly

  • Assisted senior citizens with necessary errands

  • Aided several families by supplying groceries and other necessities

  • Supported Bike Bald Group in their efforts to provide relief to those affected by the Naperville tornado

As always, our efforts to make an impact on the community would be futile without the support of all of you. We are incredibly grateful to all of our volunteers, donors, and team members. For us to be able to continue our endeavors, we ask that you reach out to us and continue to assist us. You can directly make an impact in various ways -- donating essential goods, sponsoring an orphan in India or Kenya for $30 a month, volunteering your time. Please do what you can, and we thank you once again.

To volunteer, please reach out to us.
