We at KS Foundation believe that we all have the power to help the less fortunate. We have been working to help the community in any way we can since 2019. One of the better ways to help the underprivileged and needy people is to give them a hand up rather than a hand out. Giving them moral support, showing heartfelt humility and respect makes them aware that someone really does care about them and trying to improve their condition.
Workforce Development and Social Services
Workforce development and social services programs can help support a range of strategic objectives–from enhancing economic growth to helping with the rebuilding effort for the needy and underprivileged. KS Foundation in collaboration with local organizations and social entrepreneurs provides a platform for individuals who have a bad employment history, and are looking to change career fields, or need new skills to join the workforce. KS Foundation’s mantra is to empower and uplift underprivileged and needy people by sharing, caring, educating, and providing connection in the community.
IMPACT 2030
​
IMPACT 2030 is a philanthropic collaboration between companies, employees, and nonprofits (NPOs) around the world all aligned towards the Global Goals, also called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The purpose of IMPACT 2030 is to align companies and their employee volunteer efforts with the Global Goals, advance the practice of employee volunteering, and to create real and sustainable change.
KS Foundation Inc, is working on first 6 out of 17 IMPACT 2030 Global Goals, we would encourage CSR companies to come forwarded and partner with KS Foundation Inc to make a difference in our community and world by participating in IMPACT 2030.

The KS Foundation has been an incredible blessing for the guests at Hesed House. From taking recurring meal services to doing donation drives to spreading the Hesed mission, Ratna and the people connected to KS Foundation and really put their compassion into action, and for that we are so grateful.
